How long does a transformation programme take?
Full modernisation of a significant estate is typically multi-year, but that's not how it should be experienced. Individual phases deliver value in 8–16 week increments, and you can stop, reprioritise or redirect between phases.
What if our legacy system has no documentation?
Common, and expected. We reconstruct behaviour through code analysis, traffic observation and structured sessions with the people who operate it. Documenting current-state behaviour is usually the first deliverable.
